For the co-owner and CEO of what became the UK’s largest chain of climbing walls, we helped with the following:
- Crowdfunding for £250k investment
- Successful application for Goldman Sachs 10000 Businesses Programme placement for the CEO
- Interim Financial Director – filling the gap and helping to recruit a Financial controller & pushed admin/junior bookkeeper to training
- Investment readiness & recruitment of corporate finance house, leading to offers of finance £2-3m (primarily a VCT, with angel / NED investment using EIS)
- Data mining & statistical analysis to build & test business case for move to subscription business model on third site (Plymouth)
After leading a Cro2UK Trade Mission for 12 Enterprise IT firms, Justin was invited to lead the UK Market Entry for Croatia’s leading Industry 4.0 software provider Codel
- We researched the Market to hone gateway products/entry propositions for first business
- We took an office and built a team at Sci Tech Daresbury, Manchester
- We received ‘Made Smarter’ Tech Supplier status (giving our clients to 50% subsidies on work)
